Astroverse Terms and Conditions

4.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one account (duplicate accounts are prohibited).
• Not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party.

4.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, Terms violations, or fraudulent behavior.

5.1 Acceptable Use

Astroverse is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use to facilitate meaningful connections between individuals seeking romantic relationships or marriage.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Post, share, or transmit offensive, obscene, pornographic, or explicit content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Use the Services for any illegal activities, including solicitation, fraud, or money laundering.
• Upload content containing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Services.
• Solicit money, financial information, or passwords from other users.
• Engage in commercial activities, advertising, or promotional campaigns without our written consent.
• Post discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, caste, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5.3 Content Standards

All profile content, photos, messages, and other user-generated content must be appropriate, respectful, and compliant with community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Astroverse. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content in connection with the Services.
• Display your profile and content to other users as part of the matchmaking functionality.
• Use your content for marketing, promotional, and research purposes (anonymized when appropriate).

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Astroverse Application, including its design, features, algorithms, source code, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by SuperX Buildd Technology LLP and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our Services.

7.1 Subscription Plans

Astroverse offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may include unlimited likes, advanced filters, read receipts, profile boosts, and other enhancements. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are subject to change with notice.

7.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected.
• Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) or your local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancelled.

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel your subscription anytime through Account Settings.

7.4 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and typically only in cases of billing errors or technical issues preventing service delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@astroverseapp.com.

8.1 Program Overview

Astroverse offers a referral program ("Referral Program") that rewards eligible users for inviting new members to join the platform. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the terms set forth in this Section in addition to all other applicable Terms.

8.2 Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program and receive rewards, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must have a valid, active Astroverse account in good standing.
• You must not have an active Pro services subscription at the time the referral reward is processed. Users with active subscriptions are ineligible to receive referral rewards.
• The referred individual must be a new user who has never previously registered on Astroverse.
• The referred individual must successfully complete all onboarding steps, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, to qualify as a successful referral.

8.3 Reward Structure

Referral rewards are granted to the referring user only; the referred individual does not receive any reward under this Program. Rewards are determined based on the total number of registered users on Astroverse at the time the referral is successfully completed, as follows:

Applicable when total registered users are 1,000 or fewer:

• Successful referral of a female user: 7 days of Pro access
• Successful referral of a male user: 3 days of Pro access

Each referral reward includes, for the duration of the reward period, the following promotional benefits: one (1) Nudge, one (1) Boost, and one (1) Revive.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including reward structures and eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.

8.4 Reward Accumulation and Limits

Referral rewards may be accumulated up to a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive days of Pro services access. Upon reaching this cap, any additional referral rewards will not be credited until the accumulated reward period is utilized. Once the 30-day cap is reached and the accumulated days are consumed, the cap resets, allowing you to accumulate up to another 30 days through subsequent referrals.

Referral rewards cannot be combined with or added to an existing paid Pro services subscription. If you purchase a Pro services subscription while accumulated referral rewards remain unused, the referral rewards will be revoked and Pro subscription will be applied.

8.5 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited under the Referral Program:

• Creating multiple accounts or fictitious accounts to generate referral rewards.
• Referring yourself using alternate identities, devices, or contact information.
• Colluding with others to fraudulently generate referrals or manipulate the Program.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to generate referrals.
• Any other activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, deceptive, or contrary to the spirit of the Program.

We employ verification mechanisms, including but not limited to KYC verification and device fingerprinting, to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. If we determine that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void any pending or credited referral rewards, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

8.6 General Provisions

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any referral before crediting rewards. Processing of referral rewards may take up to 48 hours following successful completion of the referred user's profile and verification.

The Referral Program is subject to availability and may be limited, modified, or terminated at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Program will be communicated through these terms and conditions or through the Application or via email.

11.1 No Guarantees

Astroverse provides matchmaking services based on user profiles, preferences, and astrological compatibility algorithms. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, meet someone suitable, or develop a successful relationship. You are solely responsible for evaluating potential matches and making your own decisions.

11.2 "As Is" Service

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

11.3 User Conduct

We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people in person. Exercise caution, meet in public places, and inform friends or family of your plans.

11.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperX Buildd Technology LLP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of other users or third parties.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by accessing Account Settings and selecting "Delete Account," or by contacting support@astroverseapp.com. Upon termination, your profile and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity.
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Technical or security reasons.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at support@astroverseapp.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.

14.4 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, in English, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperX Buildd Technology LLP regarding the Services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disasters, or government actions.
